ABOUT US
Kohli+Associates, LLC is a coalition of researchers with the shared purpose of using our academic training to propel social change that improves people’s lives. A woman-owned business, Kohli+Associates is led by Candace Kohli, PhD and supported through the brilliant work of all-female associates. The members of Kohli+Associates have doctoral degrees from leading universities in the United States that equipped us with research, writing, and program design skills we use to help mission-driven organizations deliver high-impact programs. We are all published authors and have successful histories of grant-funded activities.
Each of us entered academic careers with the goal to use our research and teaching to help build a stronger, more equitable society. Yet, we each found that higher education did not position us to make the kind of impact we had envisioned. After successful careers as faculty in higher education, medical education, marketing and communications, and tech, the members of Kohli+Associates came together to put our training and skills to work in pursuit of measurable social change.

Grants

Program Design and Development

We use evidence-based needs assessment and program design strategies to help you plan, develop, and deliver effective, high-impact programs. As trained educators, we are also passionate about coaching your staff on program design to increase your internal capacity in the future.
Program Evaluation and Improvement
Need to better understand your program’s effectiveness or share evaluation data with a funder? We develop evaluation mechanisms to help you collect data about your program’s effectiveness and impact. We also use your program data, as well as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to develop a clear understanding of your programmatic and organizational impact. We also help you identify strategies to increase your impact and improve your ability to meet your mission.
